How To Return An Item
We will refund any unfired rounds if you are not satisfied with our ammunition or other products for any reason. Refunds must be requested within 60 days of your order’s ship date. Refunds will be issued within 10 business days of us receiving your returned products. Refunds of ammunition, brass or projectiles will be weighed to determine the amount of the refund.

Customers are responsible for paying shipping costs for all returns.
If returns are damaged, either as a result of misuse or improper packaging from the customer, we may offer you a partial refund or refuse to issue a refund.
No restocking fees are assessed on returns.
If the incorrect product has been ordered and shipped you may return it to us for exchange. Credit will be applied to the correct product being shipped, and the customer will be notified if additional funds are due for the correct product. If credit for the exchange exceeds the cost, a check will be issued and sent in the same package as your new product. Shipping charges related to any exchanges resulting from an error on the part of the customer will be the responsibility of the customer.
